Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine in study program of general medicine

General information on the admission exam

1. A brief professional curriculum vitae (including information about previous employment or the current employment)
2. Verified copy proving of graduation of university studies. A candidate of full-time study enclose the average of study results for each grade level as well as confirmation from the relevant university study department on successful graduation of the study
3. Applicants of external form of study enclose a certificate from the employer about the duration of employment at the time of application for study
4. A list of published and unpublished articles (eventually the expertise of these works) and other documents worthy of sight (for example certificate from ŠVOČ conference, certificate of attending a professional courses, language certificate, etc.).
5. Short annotation of the planned project developed together with the future adviser signed by the adviser Candidates are not invited to the entrance examination without paying a fee and complete application with all the attachments. All items of information are for candidates studying in Slovak language.
