Air Transport Management (manažérstvo leteckej dopravy)
Graduates of Air Transport Management study program are eligible and qualified university specialists for the organization, management and control of air traffic, airports operationand their facilities, for air traffic planning, for economic and business activities of air transport authorities and organizations and for special aviation work at the national and international level.Graduateshave knowledge aboutmodern transport technologies, master management methods and modern information technologies necessary for transport systems management. They can independently solve problems of air transport by using modern decision support tools and optimize the operation of air transport systems and their parts.Graduates of the study program are able to use advanced methods and design techniques and development of transport systems.
Prospects of graduates
Graduates can find employment in aviation, transport, military and industry.

For the applicant, the admission procedure starts with the delivery of their application to the faculty which is conducting the relevant study programme.
The Technical University of Košice (TUKE) accepts applications for the academic year 2024/2025 only in an electronic version. The applicant for the study at TUKE is no longer obligated to print the electronic application and to send it in a paper form by mail.
The new form of the Electronic Application was launched on November 13, 2018.
The application must be delivered in an electronic form without the advanced electronic signature using the TUKE Academic Information System (IS MAIS), which allows the study applicant to verify registration of the application in IS MAIS from the date of its submission to the last day of the admission procedure.
All attachments can be uploaded in .pdf format to IS MAIS (curriculum vitae, education certificates, school leaving certificate, proof of payment of the admission procedure fee and other attachments according to the faculty requirements).
