On the basis of obtaining accreditation, the length of study in the School of Dentistry is changed to 5 years
Prospects of graduates
The graduate has adequate theoretical knowledge of the theoretical, preclinical and clinical disciplines of dentistry. In the practical exercises in the subjects of dentistry, he/she will acquire the basic preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and will be able to perform basic practical procedures independently. In postgraduate training, he/she has all the prerequisites to work in primary care and to obtain specialisation in any specialty in the category of dentistry.

The basic condition for admission to studies for the combined 1st and 2nd level of higher education is a complete secondary or complete secondary vocational education.
Another condition for admission to studies is the successful completion of the entrance examination. The criterion for admission is the score obtained in the entrance examination, which places the applicant among the planned number of admitted candidates.
The entrance examination consists of a written test.
The written test in:
- Biology (100 questions)
- Chemistry (100 questions)
The maximum score in the written test is 800. The time for the written test is 150 minutes.

Conditions for international students
An applicant who has completed secondary education abroad (except for documents obtained in the Czech Republic) shall submit, in addition to the required attachments, the original decision or a certified copy of the recognition of the education document issued to the applicant by the relevant Regional Office of School Administration. The applicant who completed secondary school studies abroad (except for documents obtained in the Czech Republic) will submit, in addition to the mandatory annexes, an original decision or a certified copy of the diploma issued by the Department of Education of the respective Regional Office. This decision must be submitted to the entrance examination.

Acceptance is subject to passing a written test.

Form of entrance exam
The entrance exam will be in the form of a written test in the subjects of chemistry and biology. The content of the individual subjects corresponds to the content of a complete secondary education.
Tests
The set of test questions for candidates consists of 200 questions - 100 questions from the subject of biology and 100 questions from the subject of chemistry. The time taken to complete the 200 questions is 150 minutes. The wording of the questions and the four multiple-choice questions allow for a choice of the correct answer, where there may be multiple correct answers or none in a single question. The maximum number of marks that a candidate can obtain is 800.
