Production Engineering

Graduates of the study programme of Production Engineering in the Master´s degree study have knowledge, abilities and skills in the field of construction and development of Production Engineering, diagnostics, industrial logistics, applied mechanics, building materials as well as computer support of engineering production with engineering calculations in the CAE, programming the industrial robots and CNC machines, and machine control systems. They are able to analyze, design, construct and keep large-scale technical solutions in the field of general engineering and Production Engineering and they can conduct research with a high degree of creativity and independence. They have the ability to work independently when solving complex problems, they have knowledge of the construction of manufacturing equipment allowing them to manage teams of employees in this area, to lead even large projects independently and to take responsibility for complex solutions. They are able to exercise a high degree of independence when working in the changing environment. They have a mastered innovative thinking and are ready to professionally present the results of their work to the professional public, even in a foreign language.

Graduates of the study programme of Production Engineering are prepared for the following jobs: the process specialist in engineering production, the engineering specialist designer/designer, the engineering specialist technologist, engineering specialist in automation, engineering specialist in the field of quality.
