The graduate of PhD. studies in social psychology and psychology of labour is knowledgeable in the latest scientific and practical findings in the field. They can not only critically judge these findings with deep knowledge but also project and carry realise their own resarch. They master the methodology of psychological research and the newest statistical procedures of the analysis and evaluation of research data. Their knowledge and skills in the field represent an European standard for a staring researcher.

Form of entrance exam
The admission exam for the study program Social Psychology and Work Psychology (in English) is oral, it is held in English and its content includes the following:
a) discussion related to the presented project in connection with the topic, methods of research and anticipated research results (maximum 50 points),
b) verification of applicant’s theoretical and methodological knowledge in the given field of study including the knowledge of specialised literature (maximum 50 points).
