He/she has developed the ability to think abstractly and the ability to carry out more complex analysis of legal and juristic texts, as well as the ability to formulate his/her own synthetic conclusions in solving complex concrete legal problems, the so-called hard cases. The graduate works with more complex interpretive techniques and has developed the ability of formalized argumentation in both legal science and legal practice. The graduate has a command of more complex legal and legal terminology, complicated legal-theoretical, legal-dogmatic (doctrinal) and legal-philosophical language. The acquired competences of working with legal and legal text are actively used in the preparation of legal submissions and legal opinions, both in oral and written form. The graduate masters the principles and standards of drafting normative legal text, internal regulations, as well as scientific and professional legal text, taking into account the requirements of respect for copyright, academic integrity and the ethics of scientific work. The graduate has developed social skills of working in a team, can think critically in more complex contexts, evaluate and solve the most complex legal problems. The skills and competences acquired during the studies enable the graduate to link knowledge from different branches of law with a deeper reassessment of the values and ethical dimension of working within the legal professions. The skills and competences are further transferable and enable the graduate to continue to develop continuously on the basis of them.
