Conditions of admission

Applicants for Master's studies at the Faculty of Law of PEVŠ must meet the following conditions:

1. successful completion of the bachelor's degree by passing the state examination consisting of the subjects defence of the bachelor's thesis and administrative law,
2. submission of an electronic application form for the undergraduate master's degree - second cycle, together with proof of payment of the admission fee,
3. applicants who have completed bachelor studies in the study programme/field of law at the Faculty of Law of the Faculty of Law of the PEVŠ, submit copies of the university diploma, the supplement to the diploma and the state examination certificate (the copies do not have to be notarised) and a short structured curriculum vitae.
4. applicants who have completed their undergraduate studies at another law faculty shall submit a university diploma, a supplement to the diploma and a state examination certificate (notarised photocopies), proving successful completion of the first degree programme in the study programme/field of law, and a short structured curriculum vitae.
5. Undergraduate diploma, supplement to the diploma and a state examination certificate (notarised photocopies)
6. bachelor's degree in law completed at a foreign university may be recognised on the basis of a written application of the applicant and a positive decision of the Rector of the PEVŠ in accordance with generally binding legislation and the Directive of the Rector of the PEVŠ on the Recognition of Educational Documents, unless a specific legal regulation stipulates otherwise.
