Conditions of admission

The basic condition for admission to bachelor studies at the Faculty of Law of the Faculty of Law of the PEVŠ, in both full-time and part-time form of study, is the acquisition of a complete secondary education or a complete secondary vocational education and the fulfilment of other conditions of the admission procedure.

A candidate shall submit electronic application for Bachelor's degree studies - first degree within the set deadline. The dean of the faculty may extend the deadline for the submission of applications or set another deadline for the submission of applications for studies and carry out the subsequent admission procedure.

ADMISSION WITHOUT ABSOLVING ADMISSIONS

The Dean of the Faculty of PEVŠ may decide on the admission of an applicant to study already without admission interviews:

2. If the applicant has obtained a first- or second-level education in a field of study related to the field of study "law" in the Slovak Republic or in another EU Member State and at the same time
3. if the applicant simultaneously fulfills the other formal conditions within the deadline specified in the schedule - in particular, the submission of the electronic application form for studies within the specified deadline (including all attachments) and the payment of the fee for the admissions procedure according to this point in the amount of EUR 20.

General information on the admission exam

The applicant shall submit an electronic application for the Bachelor's degree - first cycle within the set deadline.

Enter the online application form

E-application form is recorded electronically only, do not print! E-application will only be considered complete if it has all sections filled in correctly: Personal Details, Applicant's Address, Application Details. The admission fee must also be paid.

The candidate will be informed about the status of his/her e-application through email communication:

1. e-mail message - that the e-application has been registered by the information system,

2. e-mail message - confirming receipt of payment - after payment of the admission fee,

3. e-mail message - accepting the complete e-application by the faculty (this message must be received by the applicant no later than 14 days after the last date for submission of applications).

Form of entrance exam

The Dean of the Faculty of PEVŠ may decide on the admission of an applicant to study even without admission interviews:

2. If the applicant has obtained a first- or second-level education in a field of study related to the field of study "law" in the Slovak Republic or in another EU Member State and at the same time
3. if the applicant simultaneously fulfills the other formal conditions within the deadline specified in the schedule - in particular, the submission of the electronic application form for studies within the specified deadline (including all attachments) and the payment of the fee for the admissions procedure according to the present point in the amount of 20 euros. The fee will not be refunded.

Any candidate who submits a complete e-application form and sends the required attachments by post within the stipulated time limit will be included in the admission process.
