Bachelor's Program in Midwifery (Full-Time Study)
The graduate of the program is able to fulfill the requirements of a discipline that integrates nursing theories with scientific knowledge. The graduate has the theoretical and practical ability to appropriately select a nursing conceptual model and use a nursing process method. He/she has the ability to manage and provide care - preventive, supportive, curative, rehabilitative to women, in pregnancy, during childbirth and in the postpartum period; he/she knows the basics of scientific work and ways of obtaining scientific and professional information and the basics of working in a multimedia environment. Graduates of the Midwifery Assisting study programme are granted automatic recognition of their diploma in EU countries within the framework of the current legislation.

The basic condition for admission is the acquisition of a complete secondary education or a complete secondary vocational education.
Additional information
Another condition is to be placed in the list of applicants ranked in ascending order of the average of marks on the end-of-year report cards for the last three years of study at the secondary school up to the place according to the maximum planned number of applicants for the relevant study programme.

The faculty requires electronic registration of the application form as per the instructions published on the faculty website www.jfmed.uniba.en,
attach to the application form certified end-of-year certificates for the last three years of study,
if the applicant applies for several bachelor's degree programmes, he/she lists them on one form and makes one payment, if he/she applies for several degree programmes at different levels of study, he/she must send separately for each degree programme the application form, the payment and participate in the entrance examination for each degree programme.
