Graduate of the Doctoral study by obtaining university education of the third level in the programme of Management Masters scientific methods of analysis, research, development and optimization of social-economical process with orientation for example on creation of models and algorithms of management, methods of their rationalization, information support etc.

He is able to work independently theoretically and creatively. He can perform a research of current and prominent scientific issue in the field of management, he can find practical applications of results of own scientific-research work. He can identify and solve practical problems and apply acquired knowledge.

He can specify, design and implement individual elements of management, analyze and demonstrate its properties such as correctness, reliability, security and efficiency.

He will adopt the basics of individual and team work, sciatic formulation of a problem (technical specification) and its goals, legal and environmental aspects of new solutions, ethical and social connections and implications of the scientific works, presentation of results (methods of processing and interpretation), development of the field and contribution to practice.

By acquiring complex, deep a specialized knowledge of management and its selected parts he will understand the management as a scientific field, discipline and field of knowledge as well as a profession in its broader social context.

He will be aware of social, moral, legal and economic connections of his profession, of the need of continuous professional development and lifelong education, to be able to perform research with a high rate of creativity and independence, lead large projects and take responsibility for complex solutions.

Graduate of the Doctoral study is ready for development of scientific prospects in the entire range of areas of management, in which he creatively applies advanced methods and techniques of design and development of systems of socio-economic management or for immediate entry into the labor market. He will find employment as a member of a creative team or in performing supervising and managing posts in the public and private sector, in banking industry, transportation, healthcare and everywhere where there are needs of scientific work in the area of management. He is qualified to perform detailed financial, organizational, marketing and other analyses of business processes, he can evaluate and optimize them, and propose their changes and development. In addition he can work in the area of business, financial and advisory services, but also in the development departments of firms.
