Management
The Bachelor's study program at the Faculty of Management, Comenius University, is a first-level university education concluded with a state examination. During their studies, students acquire fundamental knowledge in various areas of management and related disciplines, enabling them to enter the workforce or continue with a Master's program. The application of managerial skills is universal. However, in practice, these skills are increasingly in demand due to automation and robotization in industry, as well as the expansion of business shared service centers and other international organizations in Slovakia.
Prospects of graduates
Graduates find employment in positions ranging from company director, financial or HR manager, sales manager, quality manager, marketing manager, process owner, analyst, consultant, or project manager to managing their own business. There are numerous possibilities, and during their studies, students have the opportunity to discover their interests and decide which field they want to specialize in and develop their profile.
