Conditions of admission

In addition to the college application form, you must provide the following:

• resume;
• proof of payment of the admission fee;
• officially certified copy of the master's diploma, officially certified copy of the supplement to the diploma, officially certified copy of the master's certificate (applicants who have obtained their master's degree abroad must submit the recognition of the educational document). Graduates who have completed their master's studies at TF TU and wish to continue at the doctoral level do not submit these documents;
• frame diagram of the chosen dissertation topic;
• the part of the seminary or diploma thesis, or the thesis written within the framework of the School of Theology and Humanities, which, in the applicant's opinion, best describes his/her ability to take a systematic scientific approach to theological topics;
• recommendation of at least one generally accepted expert in Slovakia or abroad who is active in the academic environment in the field corresponding to the proposed topic of the dissertation;
• recommendation from a religious superior/ordinar (only for religious/clerics).

Additional information

External doctoral studies of this study programme will be carried out with payment of tuition fees. The amount of the annual tuition fee in the external doctoral studies is 700,- €.
