Electronics and Photonics
a) Specialization Microelectronics and Photonics Electronic systems for the generation, processing, transmission and storage of information, the signal control systems, advanced micro and nanoelectronic technology, design, development and integration of optoelectronic, photonic and sensor components and systems for applications in communications and information systems, industrial and medical electronics. b) Specialization Electronic systems <br>Wide basis in the theory, design, construction and measurement of electronic analog and digital circuits. Methods of analysis and synthesis of electronic systems. Analog and digital signal processing in various fields of radio communications, audio and video technique and biomedical engineering.
Prospects of graduates
The graduates in the engineer study program Electronics and Photonics deepen their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in electronic systems for the generation, processing, transmission and storage of information and control signals in various applications. Graduate of specialization Microelectronics and Photonics will be able to design, analyze, diagnose and operate various electronic systems based on advanced micro and nanoelectronic technology. Attention in this specialization is devoted to the development and integration of optoelectronics, photonics and sensor system with digital signal processing methods. Graduate of specialization Electronic Systems has a deep knowledge of modern methods of analog and digital processing and transmission of audio and video signals as well as of biomedical signals. Intensive involvement of students in partial research tasks within the individual forms of education enables graduates to gain experience in teamwork, in design and evaluation of the experiment, as well as in presentation of the obtained results.
