Business Economy and Management
Graduates from the study programme Business Economy and Management are able to analyse simple economic phenomena and processes in a company and its environment and make simple managerial decisions. They have the competence to work on medium-demand tasks on various manager positions within low and medium levels of business management especially in the matters of calculations, budgeting, production management, processes planning and organization. They are also familiar with the fields of national economy, business economy, law, international trade, marketing, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics and IT. Graduates are qualified for jobs in small and medium businesses. However, they are able to work in most various types of businesses in both private and public sectors. In regard of professional communication skills they acquire in foreign languages, graduates are well prepared for jobs in international economic environment such as companies with foreign capital, foreign companies etc.

Completion of higher secondary education and passed entrance exam are the principal prerequisites for enrolment in Bachelor degree studies in specialisation 3.3.16 Business Economy and Management and its study programme Economy and Management.
Conditions for international students
International students are subject to dispositions of: a) Act on universities and faculty's internal instructions, b) Slovakia's international agreements, c) cooperation agreements, international programmes, EU programmes of academic mobility. Secondary education qualifications obtained abroad shall be validated by the respective regional education office or verified for equivalence (for countries under Slovakia's agreements on mutual recognition of equivalence of documents on education attained).

Conditions of admission without the entrance exam
Shall be admitted applicants whose final-year school reports and school-leaving exam score average is not more than 2.00.
Applicants are required to submit their applications form on the address of the Law College in Bratislava by the appointed date. Applications form shall include:
required information and applicant's signature (standard forms: ŠEVT, EkonSpo, IGAZ)
language preference for entrance exam
medical certificate proving applicant's aptitude for university studies in economic fields
verified yearly school reports and school-leaving exam report (for applicants who finished their secondary education in years preceding the current year)
secondary school confirmation (for applicants who finished their secondary education in the current year)
CV with applicant's signature
The applicants have the right to register at the faculty upon receipt of positive verdict on their acceptance, which is based on their satisfactory result of the entrance exam. Applicants are required to get acquainted with financial requirements for studying at Law College in Bratislava. Applicants become college students on the day of their registration.
