Project annotation in Slovak language

Príprava študentov a absolventov technických škôl musí pružne reagovať na pôsobenie vonkajších vplyvov. Tu sa vyžaduje od vzdelávacej jednotky rýchla adaptabilita na meniace sa podmienky trhu a ponuky práce na danom území a odvetví. Účelom daného predkladaného projektu je poukázať na význam adaptability študentov do praxe a absolventov technických škôl pre trh práce v období keď potrebujeme absolventov, ktorí sa budú môcť na globálnom trhu práce  uplatniť ako kvalifikovaní odborníci pre prax, ale predovšetkým aj ako samostatne  fungujúce  podnikateľské subjekty. Cieľom projektu je vypracovať teoretické východiská pre prípravu štruktúry a obsahu predmetov reflektujúce požiadavky 21. storočia, so zameraním sa na rozvoj ich základných podnikateľských znalostí a zručností. Takto navrhneme pre výučbu predmety s obsahovou štruktúrou zameranou na získanie základných podnikateľských znalostí a zručností nielen pre študentov postgraduálneho štúdia, ale aj absolventov vysokoškolského štúdia technického zamerania, ktoré pomôžu prehĺbiť spoluprácu s praxou a vychovať kvalitnú adaptabilnú pracovnú silu schopnú konkurovať na globálnom trhu.

 

Vzhľadom na výstupy a výsledky projektu sa očakáva, že celkový dopad projektu bude priaznivo vplývať na zlepšovanie prostredia pre rozvoj inovácií a transfer technológií z akademickej a výskumnej sféry do podnikateľskej sféry. V dôsledku toho sa očakáva postupný nárast spolupráce medzi výskumnými a vývojovými pracoviskami a inými subjektmi praxe ako odborné komory a spolky, samosprávy, či podnikateľské subjekty. Pridanou hodnotou projektu je rozvoj ľudských zdrojov v oblasti výskumu a vývoja, špeciálne priamo absolventov technických škôl a sprostredkovane cez rozvoj aktivít spolupráce výskumných, vývojových a inovačných pracovísk s podnikateľskou sférou, čím dôjde k zvýšeniu kvalifikácie kľúčových riadiacich pracovníkov v oblasti komunikácie smerom k trhu s inováciami.

Project annotation in English language

The preparation of students and graduates of technical schools must respond flexibly to external influences. Here, rapid adaptability to changing market conditions and job offers in the given territory and industry is required from the educational unit. The purpose of the given project is to highlight the importance of adaptability of students to practice and graduates of technical schools for the labor market in a period when we need graduates who will be able to apply themselves on the global labor market as qualified experts for practice, but above all as independent business entities. The goal of the project is to develop theoretical starting points for the preparation of the structure and content of subjects reflecting the requirements of the 21st century, with a focus on the development of their basic business knowledge and skills. In this way, we will design subjects for teaching with a content structure aimed at acquiring basic business knowledge and skills not only for postgraduate students, but also for graduates of university studies with a technical focus, which will help deepen cooperation with practice and raise a high-quality, adaptable workforce capable of competing on the global market.

Considering the outputs and results of the project, it is expected that the overall impact of the project will positively influence the improvement of the environment for the development of innovations and the transfer of technologies from the academic and research sphere to the business sphere.

As a result, a gradual increase in cooperation between research and development workplaces and other subjects of practice such as professional chambers and associations, municipalities, or business entities is expected. The added value of the project is the development of human resources in the field of research and development, especially directly graduates of technical schools and indirectly through the development of cooperation activities of research, development and innovation workplaces with the business sphere, which will increase the qualification of key managers in the field of communication towards the market with innovations.
