Vysoké školy majú obrovský potenciál naštartovať nové hospodárske oblasti, pričom v súčasnom období s nastupujúcou digitalizáciou je potrebné mnohé povolania transformovať. To si bude vyžadovať aj zmeny a koordináciu obsahu študijných programov. Cieľom projektu bude vytvorenie priestoru pre inovatívne vzdelávanie vysokoškolských študentov v študijnom programe Bezpečnosť a kontrola potravín na I. a II. stupni štúdia v zmysle zakomponovania nových odborných predmetov v oblasti gastronómie a verejného zdravia. Riešením projektu chceme rozvíjať laboratórne, digitálne a iné pracovné zručnosti, ale aj logické, analytické a manažérske myslenie študentov pri riešení konkrétnych problémov potravinársko-gastronomickej praxe so zameraním na posúdenie kvality a bezpečnosti potravín či pokrmov. Inovácia predmetov bude určená nielen pre študentov generácie Z, ktorí sú v priamom výučbovom procese, ale aj pre širokú odbornú verejnosť v rámci celoživotného vzdelávania.  Konkrétnymi výstupmi projektu bude inovácia obsahových náplní odborných predmetov v rámci vnútorného systému hodnotenia kvality vzdelávania; zabezpečenie študijnej literatúry na profilových povinných a povinne voliteľných predmetoch v študijnom programe Bezpečnosť a kontrola potravín; inovácia metodologického zázemia na odborných potravinárskych predmetoch; podpora hybridného učenia na vybraných predmetoch; organizácia širokého spektra tvorivých akcií s cieľom prepojiť stredné školy a gymnázia s univerzitou a praxou; riešenie záverečných prác; publikačná aktivita členov riešiteľského kolektívu v nadväznosti na stanovené ciele a účasť na národných a medzinárodných konferenciách.

Project annotation in English language

Universities have a huge potential to start new economic areas, while in the current period with the onset of digitization, many professions need to be transformed. This will also require changes and coordination of the content of study programs. The solution of the project will make it possible to create conditions for innovative education of university students in the study The goal of the project will be the creation of a space for innovative education of university students in the study program Food Safety and Control at I. and II. degree in the sense of incorporating new professional subjects in the field of gastronomy and public health. By solving the project, we want to develop laboratory, digital and other work skills, but also logical, analytical and managerial thinking of students in solving specific problems of food and gastronomy practice with a focus on assessing the quality and safety of food or dishes. The innovation of subjects will be intended not only for students of Generation Z in the direct teaching process, but also for the general professional public as part of lifelong learning. The concrete outputs of the project will be the innovation of the contents of professional subjects within the internal system of evaluation of the quality of education; provision of study literature on profile compulsory and compulsory optional subjects in the above-mentioned study program; innovation of the methodological background on professional food subjects; support of hybrid learning in selected subjects; organization of a wide range of creative events with the aim of connecting high schools and gymnasiums with university and practice; solution of final theses; publication activity of the members of the research team in connection with the set goals and participation in national and international conferences.
