Social sciences from the perspective of young researchers V.

International scientific conference of doctoral students and young researchers, held on the premises of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava every year brings a number of interesting contributions, through which young researchers, doctoral students, as well as domestic and foreign guests reflect on topics related to new trends, current challenges and innovations in the context of society as a whole. The last IV. The conference again highlighted the importance and societal contribution of young researchers, while opening up space for further discussion and new research topics.

This year, the jubilee 5th international scientific conference "Social Sciences from the Perspective of Young Scientists" will take place during the Science and Technology Week in the academic year 2020/2021. The conference will take place on November 5, 2020 in the premises of Faculy of social sciences: Bučianská 4 / A, in Trnava.

This time, the conference participants will have the opportunity to contribute with their papers, and thus enrich the dimensions of social science disciplines, especially in selected phenomena in European studies, European policy, public policy and public administration, current challenges in social policy or the relationship between social work and social policy.

Dimensions of public administration and public policy in the context of current societal challenges:

public administration, public policy, economics and management, financing and economics of the public sector, actors of public policy, territorial management, territorial marketing, electoral marketing, e-government, administrative law

Dimensions of European policies and studies in the context of current societal challenges:

EU policies, environmental diplomacy and geopolitics, current challenges of European countries, political science, European integration, Europeanization, electoral systems, party systems, international relations, security, crisis management in the EU, cross-border cooperation, EU law

Dimensions of Social Work and Social Policy in the Context of Current Societal Challenges:

current challenges for social policy, the relationship between social work and social policy, current problems of social work, specific areas of social work
