International law
The study programme International Law, accredited in the study field of law of the system of study fields in the Slovak Republic, is a study programme of the third degree of higher education. The study programme is implemented at the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University College (PEVŠ). Graduates of the study programme are proficient in the scientific methods of research in legal sciences with a special focus on applied practice. They are prepared to solve scientific and interdisciplinary problems and to shape the further development of legal sciences through their personal scientific contribution. Their level of knowledge qualifies them to fulfil the tasks of a university teacher by giving lectures in selected chapters, seminars and exercises.

The basic condition for admission to doctoral studies is the completion of a second-degree study programme or a first- and second-degree study programme of higher education studies combined into one unit in the field of Law. The entrance examination is conducted before an examination board appointed by the Dean.
