Graduates are employable in research workplaces dealing with the development of new theoretical knowledge as a basis for solving problems of business practice. They are able to define problems, analyse economic and managerial phenomena and processes in enterprises, generalize the acquired knowledge and contribute to the development of theory and practice in enterprises. Graduates master the scientific methods of basic and applied research and experimental work in the field of economics and management of enterprises. The can design economic models of processes in the company and manage them in order to ensure the required quality of production and minimize operating costs and negative impacts of production on the environment. They can define problems, analyse economic and managerial phenomena and processes in enterprises, generalize acquired knowledge and contribute to the development of economic theory and practice. Graduates of the study programme Economics and Management of Enterprise have acquired a deep theoretical knowledge of economics and management with an emphasis on the area given by the topic of their dissertation and will acquire the principles and methods of scientific work, the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and the ability to present the results of their work in foreign language. They have the knowledge necessary for the creative development of diagnostic and optimization methods and methods of quality management in enterprise. They have the ability to present results of their scientific work at home and abroad through scientific conferences, seminars and scientific and professional journals in order to contribute to the development of the field of study. They are able to perform top management functions associated with strategic decision-making concerning the direction of the enterprise
