Economy and Management in International Business
Economics and Management of International Business is an accredited study programme implemented at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Pan-European University in Bratislava, as a study programme of the third - doctoral level of higher education.
Prospects of graduates
Graduates of doctoral studies are prepared so as to be able to apply scientific methods in their respective fields of research, analyse issues from a scientific point of view and provide solutions to actual case situations and conceive processes of adaptation to outer economic environment for companies.

The basic condition for admission to doctoral studies is, according to Section 56 (3) and Section 57 (5) of Act No.131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education and as amended, completion of a second cycle study programme in related fields of study. The entrance examination is conducted before an examination board appointed by the dean.

Study applicants from abroad may be admitted to study in a programme organised in the Slovak language on condition that they pass an entrance exam in the Slovak language. This condition does not apply to citizens of the Czech Republic and foreigners who have passed the matriculation examination in the Slovak language in the Slovak Republic, or have graduated from bachelor's or master's degree programmes in the Slovak language.
When enrolling for full-time studies, a foreigner is obliged to submit a document of residence permit in the territory of the Slovak Republic and to prove whether he/she meets other conditions according to the legislation regulating the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Slovak Republic (Act No. 404/2011 Coll. on the Residence of Foreigners and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts). This condition does not apply to students coming from EU Member States.
