Anotácia originálnych výsledkov riešenia projektu v slovenskom jazyku
V rámci riešenia projektu boli v prostredí Materiálovotechnologickej fakulty v STU v Trnave pripravené podklady a technické prostriedky pre zvyšovanie intelektuálnych zručností absolventov, a to pri meraní a analýze tenkovrstvových materiálov, ktoré sú perspektívne v materiálovom inžinierstve. Popri publikačnej činnosti riešiteľov projektu možno originálne výsledky projektu rozdeliť nasledovne:
1. Implementovaná metóda merania Youngovho modulu pružnosti tenkých vzoriek pomocou Searlovho kyvadla s plnou hardvérovou, softvérovou aj textovou podporou.
2. Zavedená metóda charakterizácie elektrických vlastností tenkovrstvových materiálov. Vybudovaná nová meracia aparatúra so softvérovým riadením a záznamom experimentu.
Description of original results of the project in English
The documents and the technical means for the support of the intellectual skills of graduates in the areas of the measurement and analysis think-film prepared materials perspectives in materials engineering were prepared in the framework of the project at the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology SUT. In addition to the publishing activities the original results of the project can be divided as follows:
1. Implementation of method of measurement Young modulus of elasticity think samples using Searle´s pendulum with hardware, software and text support.
2. Method of characterisation of electric properties think films prepared materials was established. New measurement apparatus with software control and data record was created.
