The main objective

CER 2018 - Comparative European Research is a platform for presentation of research finding and for exchange of experience relating to Central European development and knowledge sharing. The goal of the conference is to promote innovations, support research, and enhance development. The secondary goal is focused on quality comparisons of results of PhD studies.

The primary aim of the CER 2018 - Comparative European Research is to support PhD students and young researchers, to create a place enabling participants to actively share their findings and for budding scientists to publish the first results of their research work. The conference is open to all researchers who want to broaden their knowledge and discuss the results of their scientific work with other members of the academic community using the very latest procedures available using telecommunications technology.

Secondary objectives of the conference

  • to present the work of PhD students and young researchers from universities (from within and outside the EU)
  • to publish specialised texts by PhD students and young researchers in the specialised conference proceedings
  • to establish contacts for cooperation on research and publication and for practical cooperation
  • to enhance the transfer of findings at the level of scientific research carried out by postgraduates and young scientists
  • to discuss and compare results and opinions relating to science, research and practice

Topic circuits

Main topics of the conference will focuse on basic and applied science results of three branches:

  • Social Sciences (e.g. Management, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, History, Pedagogy)
  • Natural Sciences (e.g. Physics, Earth Science, Ecology, Biology, Zoology, Botany)
  • Applied Sciences

The conference should provide a virtual meeting place for all involved in the above areas of science. Conference Committees believe that CER conference will become a real opportunity for an in-depth exchange of experience between PhD students and other scientists. Participation of young researchers from Central Europe will be supported.
